Emilina MerafuentesOutreach Coordinator
Emilina Merafuentes is the full-time Marketing Outreach Coordinator here at WIN GROUP. This role follows her tenure as the company's contract Marketing Coordinator and her prior work as a Marketing Associate at other companies. Emilina graduated from Multnomah University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management. Additionally, she was a Voices Scholar and competed for four years as a varsity volleyball player. Her athletic background directly informs her marketing expertise. As a youth volleyball coach for multiple years, Emilina views coaching and mentorship as the ultimate exercise in audience engagement. Mentoring young athletes requires the same clear communication, strategic positioning, and motivational psychology she uses to design successful marketing campaigns—allowing her to translate complex brand goals into messages that truly resonate with her target audience. To unplug and recharge, Emilina focuses on local discovery and the outdoors. Whether she is hiking scenic trails, relaxing at the beach, or hunting down a new local neighborhood cafe, she finds her best creative inspiration when grounded in her surroundings. |
